1. Delivery of products with a total value over 60 BGN is covered by bravenewhair.bg

2. The delivery fee for orders under 60 BGN is specified for each individual order along with the product price information and delivery time. The price for standard delivery to an address or to a courier office (Speedy) is 5 BGN. The price is subject to change according to the current price list of the courier service provider unilaterally from time to time in accordance with the courier service provider's terms. In case of a change, users will be notified promptly via the bravenewhair.bg website. Express delivery for the next working day is used as standard.

3. Requirements for deliveries with a fixed time are charged according to the current price list of the courier service provider. The conditions for fixed-time delivery are determined by the courier service provider's terms. Information about them is provided to the user additionally.

4. Deliveries are made only within the territory of Bulgaria and only after confirmation by the user. A representative of the bravenewhair.bg online store contacts the user by phone to confirm the order and specify the delivery day. Orders placed before 15:30 on a working day are processed the same working day. Orders confirmed after 15:30 are processed the next working day.

5. Delivery to an address is made by courier within the working hours announced by the courier service provider. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and official holidays.

6. The delivery time is from 1 (one) to 3 (three) working days from the date of dispatch. BIOPHARMA LABORATORIES LTD is not responsible for delayed shipments caused by the courier company.

7. Orders placed before 15:30 on a working day are processed the same working day. Orders confirmed after 15:30 are processed the next working day. All requests from Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

8. The user is obliged to check whether the contents of the package correspond to their order before paying the price when cash on delivery is selected. By paying the order price (for cash on delivery) and the delivery fee (in all cases) and signing the delivery documents, the user gives their consent to the type and content of the delivery.

9. The order is received only by the person who placed the order.

10. If the goods are not delivered for various reasons during courier delivery, the courier is obliged to visit the address a second time within the working day or the next working day. The second visit is made after establishing phone contact between the courier and the person who ordered the goods. The second visit is not charged to the customer.

11. In case of advance payment and the customer's refusal to receive the order within 7 days, the value of the products is refunded by the method indicated by the customer, with payment costs borne by the customer.

12. Due to failure to comply with the delivery day and time set by the user or if the customer refuses to receive the package and payment has been made in advance, BIOPHARMA LABORATORIES LTD is obliged to refund the value of the products reduced by the paid delivery fee.

13. The customer has the right to cancel an order at any time before its delivery. After delivery, the customer may withdraw from the consumer contract under the conditions of item 16.

14. In case of a wrong or missing product, the desired product is sent on the same or next working day. The wrong product is replaced at the expense of BIOPHARMA LABORATORIES LTD. In case of a wrong or missing product, the customer does not pay an additional delivery fee.

15. Under certain promotions, the customer may receive the right to free delivery for orders valued less than 60 BGN.

16. You can return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of purchase with the attached receipt. The condition for return is that the product is unused, in unopened packaging, and with the manufacturer’s and importer’s labels. Transport costs are borne by the customer. The money is refunded within 3 days from the date of receipt of the product back to us.

RETURN

1. For product returns not related to defects or actions by Biofarma Laboratories Ltd., the shipping cost is borne by the customer. Goods can be returned if they retain their commercial appearance, have intact packaging, and have not been used by the customer.

2. Returns are accepted on working days between 09:00 and 17:00 at the address Plovdiv 4003, Vasil Levski Blvd. No. 260.

3. The return period is considered met if the return request is made within 14 days.
